The hotel is exceptionally exquisite, but it was the staff's service that truly elevated our experience. They were anticipatory of our needs, offering assistance with everything from booking tour guide reservations to arranging airport transportation. Every interaction, from housekeeping to the concierge, was marked by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have a spa and we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was convenient, within walking distance of several landmarks. We had a two-night stay here but my family and I wished we could have stayed longer! Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Istanbul. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Recently stayed there for two nights and had the most wonderful time. The rooms are so comfy with all the modern amenities. The food and the breakfast spread is amazing. The staff is so courteous and helpful. The best part is the location...all the tourist attractions are at a walking distance....we had the most wonderful time and would recommend to anyone traveling to Istanbul.

I just finished a 5-night stay at this hotel with my family. We had an absolutely amazing experience. All of the staff are friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food is amazing, we especially enjoyed our room service. The rooms are beautiful. The location is great with a bunch of major attractions in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
